Had some warrenty work done on my Camaro. The service writer, Mary, was a joy to work with. She had me set up and ready to go with the first phone call. I didnt get to meet Mary, however the service writer that greeted me at the shop me was just as cordial and helpful. The technician came out to my car to review the computer history. i brought a 2011 chevy traverse in for its 18 mo schedule , oil change and a recall on this car . also had the tires rotated. I was waited on efficiently and pleasantly by a lady named mary in service area. I could not have had a better service from mary and she answered any questions I had concerning about how long it would take and made sure she was avaible if I had any other questions to be answered. her attitude and pleasantness made the visit even better and frankly, she should be given credit for her attitude on the job as she was also very busy bringing in many other cars and filling out forms as well and also taking the time to be pleasant with the other customers as well.
